All orders are shipped FedEx ground unless otherwise specified. Please verify that we have your current shipping address. It is in your best interest to use a commercial delivery address, as FedEx charges higher rates for residential deliveries. Our freight charges are right off of the FedEx rate chart, with no additional service or packing charge. The standard FedEx COD surcharge is $7.50. We always strive to package each shipment in the most economical size/weight box suitable for the region that we are shipping to, to save you any unnecessary expense.

The lead time for us to ship an order will vary, depending on the season. Most of the year, we will ship an order in a few days. During our trade shows season, we can get a bit backed up, and it may take us a week or two extra to ship your order. As we get closer to Christmas, our lead time can increase substantially, up to three to four weeks. Please try to plan accordingly. The actual shipping transit time depends on where you are located. In general, shipments to Southern California will take one day, and shipments to Northern California and the western United States, two or three days. Shipments to the Midwest will take three to four days, and shipments traveling to the eastern United States usually take about five days.
